MarvelPBX FINAL V10 COMPLETE

Included fixes:
- V10 module under TOOLS
- clean icon/resources
- list view working
- Export handler fixed (no whitespace in Export URL)
- Export output fixed to return real CSV, not HTML layout
- ExportData action wrapper included
- installer includes Export permission logic

Install:
1. Extract over Vtiger root.
2. Run: php install/install_marvelpbx.php
3. Clear cache: templates_c/*
4. Logout/login
5. Test MarvelPBX list and Export


2026-03-14 update:
- Final ListView layout compacted into a single filter row
- Column order changed to start with ID / Status / Number / Contact
- Recording and Bill columns swapped
