PLATFORM DECISION

The canonical and supported implementation platform is Linux / Open Source.
A Windows runtime or Windows-specific port is outside the current project scope
and requires a separate technical assessment, commercial offer and contract.

DOCUMENT CONTROL

- Keep DOCX files as controlled editable masters.
- Use PDF files for review, approval and distribution.
- Update document version and change history before every approved release.
- Recalculate SHA256SUMS.txt after any document modification.
